While diet soda is thought to help reduce sugar intake it turns out that sugar has just been replaced by artificial sweeteners like aspartame and saccharin. 

That said diet soda has been linked to different diseases: type 2 diabetes high blood pressure and heart disease disease. So needless to say it’s on the list of foods in our diet.

4. Tilefish

As it turns out tilefish has increased mercury levels. All fish contain some amount of mercury but fish like swordfish and tilefish contain more than the average fish because they live longer so they accumulate more mercury. 

If we could choose we would say Tilefish is one of three foods that should never be eaten because the accumulation of mercury over time can lead to high blood pressure high levels of bad cholesterol and an increased risk of heart attack.
